A new whistleblower report released by ODNI relates primarily to the construction of the 2017 ICA report, and was referenced in documents released last week.
There is potentially something explosive within the report.
There is additional context that indicates the whistleblower was trying to contact Durham in late March 2022. At the time, Joffe, Dagon, and Antonakakis were all heavily in the news - which could be the open source information referenced.
Does this relate to the Alfa Bank allegations, or does it relate to the DNC hack? It’s not clear. It’s also not clear why he was suddenly pulled off this review during the construction of the ICA. The whistleblower goes on:
The context of making “brief interactions” fits well with the Alfa Bank allegations. It does not appear the whistleblower was able to connect to John Durham, raising more questions.
We’d love to see the enclosure, as it could be critical evidence of the spoofing behind the Alfa Bank allegations. If so, it will be a major black eye for the Durham team.
~ nice shoutout from Ship. ~ "I also want to note that there are many publications available written by authors who have spent much more time than I have on this subject. One in particular is Sleuth News, written by a big Russia Hoax examiner “Undead FOIA.” He’s been ahead of the pack on many of the most recent disclosures by CIA Dir. Ratcliffe and DNI Gabbard because he’s been examining these issues for years by making literally dozens of FOIA requests for relevant documents."
