Update 11/13

Last week we had a hearing on our motion for discovery, one I didn’t necessarily expect to win. That was the first time I’ve had to stand in front of a judge and argue a position, and I’m grateful that the judge gave me the time to fully brief my position.

For now, we are not granted discovery.
