Update 11/13

Last week we had a hearing on our motion for discovery, one I didn’t necessarily expect to win. That was the first time I’ve had to stand in front of a judge and argue a position, and I’m grateful that the judge gave me the time to fully brief my position.

For now, we are not granted discovery.

But I did score some points, and the door was left open for discovery later. Without much prompting, the judge applied pressure to the government to complete their file productions (I did file the lawsuit in January, so it’s been awhile). I was able to destroy the invocation of GLOMAR, I could see that the attorney for the government was realizing it as I spoke.

I seized on that after the hearing to make a few inquiries of the government. They will have to start making uncomfortable decisions on what they are going to do.

There isn’t a ruling on the GLOMAR claims coming yet, but thanks to the schedule being put together, we will get to that soon.

I also picked up something new from someone who reached out. Their information relates to a piece of Russiagate that I’ve never looked into. The conversation was pretty interesting by itself but immediately after doing some research I was able to make some connections that nobody else has made.

I’ll be getting more information soon, and i’ll be looking to do a collab on it with someone because I think it warrants more eyes than our Substack readership.

I also have a Guccifer 2.0 profile piece coming to summarize some thoughts I have had. Shouldn’t be anything too earth-shattering but it might be a starting point for any new 18 year old sleuth (who was…11 when Russiagate was happening).

After these couple writeups (and maybe another document post), I will be going dark for a couple weeks as I tidy up my motion for the Mueller-GRU court case. I have some time set aside after Thanksgiving, and I’ll be flying to DC for a day or two to file it.

I’m going to force the Justice Department to defend their case stemming from the DNC hack investigation, and I’m going to fight for documents.
