Work continues!
…albeit a little distracted with the news on Trump.
I am continuing to pursue FOIA’s, and I am beginning to eye additional lawsuits.
There are a number of FBI FOIA’s that I have gotten the run-around on, I am likely looking at filing a lawsuit to obtain several important FOIA’s. DARPA has a number of other FOIA’s pending as well, and I may consider additional litigation there.
At some point I need to make a better effort at DHS and US Cyber Command, I know they are likely to have important documents. DHS actually has 336 GB worth of files on Rodney Joffe and April Lorenzen, I have been a little lazy in pursuing that and they have been completely ridiculous in their responses thus far.
Looking at additional actions related to private actors who hold relevant documents on Russiagate. There are 4-6 cases that I can identify as well rooted in the law and likely to be fruitful.
I won’t comment on ongoing litigation or the subjects of cases, so updates may be infrequent on those. Someday I will post all the requests, correspondence and complaint letter drafts for anyone interested in delving into FOIA/Open records.
Over the next few weeks, I will be making a number of posts summarizing old research in addition to new stuff I am expecting. Most of it will be free, some of it will be paywalled. I don’t like to ask for support and I don’t do it often, but, it is vital to our efforts in obtaining additional documents. I am not anywhere close to making a profit on this endeavor and that is not what I am after, but cash is certainly the most important resource for our goals. I am making some sacrifices and pushing off big purchases to make sure I can finance things currently in motion.
