Quick Update
On Friday the Department of Justice filed a response against our application seeking Grand Jury materials. I won’t offer commentary while the action is pending.
It’s up to Judge Boasberg now. It’s an unusual situation, so we’ll see what happens in the coming days.
Now matter what, our work will continue.
