This week, our DC application seeking materials on the DNC hack attribution was denied as overbroad and a “fishing expedition.”
This wasn’t unexpected, although I was hopeful.
I have been submitting some new FOIA’s and Open Records requests. The ORR’s will return documents within a couple weeks. The FOIA’s will be subject to a fifth and final FOIA lawsuit in a few weeks.
Everything hinges on the 2024 election. Do we get a vengeful Trump committed to releasing documents over the objections of the intelligence community? Or do we get 4 more years of Democrat control and likely, the end of any transparency into Russiagate?
The biggest political scandal in American history is on the precipice of getting buried. The DNC hack is nothing but fraud. Mark my words.
After 8 years, nobody has looked.
They indicted Russian intelligence officers that will never be arrested, knowing they would never be apprehended, so that they could sequester everything as grand jury material.
At the same time, I would expect a repeat of Russiagate. Nobody was held accountable, and they have alot to lose if Trump is elected…so there will be another smear campaign that invokes Russia. We might even see Guccifer 2.0 stop by to say hello, just to inject some sensationalism into the mix.
I assume Guccifer 2.0 is an avid reader of our work, how are you Mr. Guccifer?
I’ll admit to some frustration. This just isn’t that hard.
The media won’t cover it, and the Republican Congress refuses to look. In a country of hundreds of millions of people there aren’t even 5 people actively working the story on this.
For years, I have worked with some exceptional individuals and we have done some good work. We haven’t been right about every single detail, but we’ve been right on the big stuff.
The DNC hack being fraud is flashing as big as a neon billboard can flash. It’s obviously fraud.
Obviously fraud.
There is no credible evidence the Russians did anything to us in 2016. There were a handful of Russian nationals trying to get close to the campaigns, which I suspect is something that happens in every election. But they didn’t hack the DNC, and they didn’t try to influence the election.
If Jim Jordan called me, I would move to Washington DC within a week and fix this. I don’t know everything, but I know the right questions to ask. I know what documents I want. I know which witnesses to subpoena.
The Republicans are playing into the hands of the next smear campaign, which will impact a public that still largely believes the Steele dossier was partially or mostly true.
They’ve expended significant resources on a Biden investigation that we’ve long predicted nobody would care about. And aside from Fox News, nobody really cares about it.
It’s a surreal experience to know something that everyone should know.

Man I appreciate your work. I'm just a random guy in South Texas who ended up seeing your work on Twitter back during the early stages of the Covid mess. I will spare you the details, but what you and the others in the Corner have done for me personally is indescribable. Simply put, you have caused me to think, deeply. I appreciate it. At this point, I don't know what's more frustrating - knowing the truth in a room full of idiots, or accepting that humans are inherently flawed and naturally subject to external manipulation. Our government understands these ideas and exploits them as a matter of course. But for your work and that of the rest of the Corner, I'd probably still be chasing cheese in a Skinner Box. Thanks.
