A few updates coming your way in the next few days (trying to work around the start of the Israeli offensive). I have been putting in a ton of work.
Last week, I sent the following letter to AG Garland, and CC’d US Attorney Graves, Congressional Leadership, Senator Grassley, FBI Director Wray, and Director Tompkins (of DARPA). I am omitting a few sensitive sentences and the footnotes, and re-linking exhibits in a different format.
Attorney General Garland,
This letter serves to provide notice I intend to move to intervene in United States v Netyksho et. al. and to provide you an opportunity to exercise your discretion in the interests of justice.
Prior to November 15, 2023, please disclose which aspects of the case rely on materials provided by Manos Antonakakis, David Dagon, and Rodney Joffe and whether any other persons or corporate entities tied to individuals associated with the Alfa Bank allegations are connected in any way to the investigation or circumstances of the hack of the Democratic National Committee or the subsequent attribution.
Such disclosures would be required pursuant to Brady v Maryland 373 U.S. 83. Given the damning evidence and the questions raised below, public disclosure is necessary to evaluate the conduct of government officials over the past 7 years.
Failure to make this disclosure will result in me intervening in this case to seek an order compelling the production of these materials. I ask the copied parties to take note of your decision and interpret it as a signal of your commitment to transparency, the rules of evidence, and the law.
Clinton-Connected Alfa Bank Cyber Researchers Were Relied On For DNC Hack Attribution
For the past several years I have collaborated with a team of people researching certain events relating to the 2016 election and subsequent investigations, which led me to submit numerous requests under Open Records laws and FOIA, and to build a network of well-placed sources.
The things I have learned disturb me greatly.
Certain cyber researchers connected to a fraudulent allegation concerning Donald Trump and an alleged secret communications channel to Vladimir Putin during 2016 are also connected to the attribution for the alleged hack of the Democratic National Committee.
Public reporting and court filings establish that at minimum, between the dates of June 14th 2016 and September 19, 2016, Rodney Joffe, Manos Antonakakis and David Dagon collaborated for the benefit of Hillary Clinton to author a white paper on what is colloquially known as the “Alfa Bank allegations.”
On August 7, 2016, and during the same period they were tasked by Rodney Joffe to establish evidence supporting an “inference” and a “narrative” regarding Donald Trump and Russia, Antonakakis and Dagon authored an attribution analysis on the DNC hack, attributing it to APT-28, an alleged Russian intelligence operation.
Dagon has noted that their work was in response to taskings by the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation and that their work was provided to Special Counsel Robert Mueller “via DARPA.” See Exhibit 1. Even in regards to the Alfa Bank allegations there is a suggestion that the DOJ tasked David Dagon “through DARPA” to analyze this alleged secret communications channel. Presumably, this was subsequent to Dagon anonymously providing the materials to the FBI through Michael Sussmann in the first place.
