Things have gotten unbelievably ugly, and they are going to get much worse. Over the last few months I have developed some new information relating to our Georgia case, interrupted by a rash of terrible news in the last few weeks.
Those familiar with our Georgia Tech documents—many of which are available on this site—may have a sense that GT never asked any questions they didn’t want to know the answers to. When they pursued an insurance claim for Antonakakis/Dagon’s legal expenses, they immediately stopped when the insurance agency asked basic questions about the timeline and authorization of that work.
