Hindsight is always 20/20.
When huge FOIA/Open Records drops come in, it can be hard to parse through them properly. Sometimes you find a huge gem and get really excited, and then you miss some important emails that required a little more thinking.
Here, we are going to review some of our FOIA documents again. In no particular order, we’ll see if we can make some new finds.
So here is an example of one we didn’t discuss in the spring. In light of the spying program we have begun to uncover, we must ask what Comcast and Cox are up to with DARPA and Manos Antonakakis:
The next one is one that I discussed extensively with Hmm57474203 privately, but maybe not in public. Obviously it alludes to the use of Neustar data, but we have Mike Mullen, who was the one-time Chairman of The Joint Chiefs of Staff. Tom Donahue is an intriguing add here, because he’s one of the top CIA cyber people in history. We were somewhat interested in a government role he took on around the 2016 election, I believe it was called the Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center (CTIIC), which was announced by Lisa Monaco and served as a fusion center for private entities to interact with the government.
Not sure what this next one is yet.
We’ve talked about the investigative taskings flowing from DOJ through DARPA, here’s another email on that. Case 21.
Here’s a case 30 mentioned. I need to look up these acronyms again. AA is Active Authentication, EA is Enhanced Attribution. EA is one Keromytis founded and he sought to improve on AA.
EA is the subject of lots of scrutiny, so lets review AA, a few years earlier.
Thats a scary thought.
Lets end this thread here [images are a big drain on my ability to send emails], and I’ll continue tomorrow.
Are you familiar with @Vltra_MK thread from May, 2022 concerning Joffe?
