FOIA Strikes Again: Documents Supporting Oct 7 Joint-Attribution
In April, I completed a years-long FOIA fight requesting all reports or assessments used to support the October 7, 2016 joint attribution statement. One document and various pages were omitted, but we have enough to paint a picture.
First, what appears to be a different version of the September ICA report, labeled as 37D and dated September 16, 2016 vs. 37HC from September 12th, which was released yesterday.
