Earlier today I received a few dozens pages of records. They document the relationship between DARPA and the FBI, which we have been wondering about for a long time.
The New York field office is an interesting tie-in, but it’s too early to speculate on any Russiagate connections.
The nature of the work included engaging DARPA for assistance in criminal investigations:
What we have seen is that civilian contractors working for DARPA were then in turn, tasked to perform work for DARPA. This created a bizarre chain where Manos Antonakakis and David Dagon were working on Russiagate matters, and other criminal investigations including the Tree of Life Synogague shooting.
We know Georgia Tech purchased consumer data from Neustar pursuant to the Rhamnousia contract from DARPA, but apparently, the FBI was also providing data for analysis:
Oops! Those have been violated for sure. But perhaps that helps explain the inaccurate statements DARPA has made to Senator Grassley and members of the media.
The timing of this MoU is pretty interesting:
A second MoU was written between DARPA and the Counterintelligence division of the FBI:
This is pretty interesting in context of DARPA’s letter to Senator Grassley inaccurately downplaying the attribution work of Antonakakis and Dagon:
A third MoU was executed between DARPA and the Science and Technology Branch of the FBI:
A fourth MoU was set up between DARPA and the National Cyber Investigative Task Force, and this is one that the Alfa Bank cyber researchers are all connected to:
This one was signed by Angelos Keromytis’ I2O predecessor at DARPA:
We have unreleased emails between Keromytis and Freese during 2016 and 2017.
A fifth MoU was executed, and this one was again with NCIJTF:
This is likely highly relevant to the Russiagate hoax, because it afforded private persons the access to influence the entirety of the American intelligence apparatus.
Here are the documents. They are worth a full read. More coming soon.
What McGurn said
"provide the DARPA program manager the email & ph# of the FBI Chief Security Officer, New York Div, to facilitate security incident reporting" ~ so DARPA was using data search tools thru I2O to not only 'ongoing cases & investigations' but tasked w/reporting any other security incidents they discovered while 'toolsetting' the FBI data. Interesting that they tacked a DARPA deliverable onto an FBI responsibility. Great stuff, keep digging. ~
