Behind the scenes it’s been busy. We are working through production of the Antonakakis/Dagon attribution analysis with the government which has required some research and the drafting of a motion, waiting on a little more information from the DOJ but this time they know I’m right.
Three weeks from now, we’ll be in oral arguments in the Georgia Supreme Court. I anticipate an easy win.
We are also working on a comprehensive infographic which needs a few more days.
Also in contact with a number of people about our Georgia Open Records work, as well as looking into the production of a book about it all.
In my free time I have been helping Matt Taibbi with some FOIA/Open Records work, I would encourage everyone to take a stroll over to Racket News to see Matt’s continuing coverage of the disinformation space and Twitter files. There are some interesting files coming.
Any chance you will publish the attribution after the fact? I am in the info sec space and have always wanted to see this and the CrowdStrike report... hopefully one day we will see that sham as well...
