Chevron Overturned
In a massive win, Chevron was overturned moments ago.
This has huge ramifications for our work, because it all but eliminates the ability of government agencies to invoke GLOMAR. This will render GLOMAR on materials at the FBI relating to the DNC hack attribution from Dagon and Antonakakis moot. They will need to conduct a search for records and claim exemptions.

I don’t see any obvious connection between Chevron and GLOMAR. Are you saying asserting GLOMAR would trigger judicial review ?
