Case Submitted to COA

Last Monday we filed our reply brief to Georgia’s Court of Appeals. It was by far the best brief we have done. The case is now submitted and ready for the Court to rule. In regular practice, that would point to late August or September for a ruling, but I’m hopeful that the issues are clean enough that a decision will come faster.
