Remember at first the Steele Dossier material was interspersed inside the main body of the highly classified assessment before they put it in an annex and left the reference point (fourth supporting bullet point under help Trump) in.
Your similarity analysis shows how easy interspersion would have been to do imo even in this mid level classified version of the ICA.
I’ve often wondered if the last report (the Prague one) with an obvious fail was to begin the process of separating it while leaving its impression. A type of managing expectation.
They overlap at the fourth supporting bullet point under the help Trump aspiration (lessons learned review)

“This synopsis was not an official part of the report from the intelligence community case about Russian hacks, but some officials said it augmented the evidence that Moscow intended to harm Clinton’s candidacy and help Trump’s, several officials with knowledge of the briefings tell CNN.”
Starting to look like the Steele Dossier was part of joint conspiracy involving the Clinton campaign, along with CIA, and “former” MI-6 spy Christopher Steele, which then became the foundation of the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA). Comey and the FBI joined the party and opened their “counterintelligence” investigation “Crossfire Hurricane” to further implicate Trump. This conspiracy was in reality a Deep State soft coup attempt to deny Trump the presidency, and failing that, to so damage him politically that he would be ineffective or forced to resign.
I say all this not as a Trump supporter, because he is a horrible human being and a terrible president, but because I believe the Deep State has become far too powerful and is a greater threat to our democracy than the addle-brained Trump could ever hope to be.
It does seem to me like the concept of the Steele dossier was to augment evidence 😁 for the help Trump aspired judgement.
At least that was one utility imo

Like a designer cake mold or an exercise in mathematical fitting
~ wow, great work here. this is a great reference. ~
I love frameworks of similarities and differences. Thank you!

But what does this mean? That the same people were behind both fraudulent assessments?
Thanks. Keep up the great work.
